Do you provide assembly service?
Currently, we do not provide assembly service. However, our items do come with an easy-to-follow instruction guide which comes with pictures.
Can I change my contact or delivery information?
We do recommend that you have the correct delivery information set before ordering any items from us and do provide us with an up-to-date mobile phone number. In the case that you do need to change this information after the order, then please contact us as soon as possible and we will get this changed for you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we do provide tracking for our orders. If you provide us with an email address in the order notes, then our couriers can contact you with your delivery information as soon as your delivery has been planned. If you haven’t received any email, then reach out to us and we can provide this for you.
My order hasn’t arrived on the expected date, can I get an update?
Most of our orders are delivered within the estimated time however there can be some factors which affect the delivery time. If this is the case, then contact our team via eBay messages. They will contact the couriers for you and be able to provide with an update on your order.
